l83game Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to l83game. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you — the registered player — and l83game ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on l83game, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

l83game is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform offers sports betting including cricket, PSL, football and virtual sports, as well as crash games including Aviator. These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the l83game brand.

If at any point you do not agree with these Terms — or with any update to them — you must stop using l83game immediately and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the Terms in their current form.

2Account Registration

To use l83game, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to any eligible individual who meets the requirements set out in Section 3 below. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a current email address.

Each individual may hold only one active account on l83game. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Balances associated with accounts created in violation of this rule may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. l83game will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately. l83game accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain reasonable password security.

• Account details must match the name on your nominated payment method.
• One account per person, household, device and IP address.
• Identity verification (CNIC or passport) is required before the first withdrawal.
• l83game reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time.
• Accounts found to contain false information will be closed and balances reviewed.

3Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use l83game. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. l83game takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and conducts age verification checks on all accounts. Where there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.

If it is established at any point that a player was under 18 when they registered or placed bets on l83game, all such bets will be voided, any winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the payment method used. The account will be permanently closed.

In addition to the age requirement, you must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is expressly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that using l83game is lawful in your specific location. l83game makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l83game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payment accounts used must be registered in the same name as the l83game account.

The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though very large single deposits may trigger a standard enhanced due diligence review. Deposits are credited to your l83game balance instantly in the majority of cases. In rare instances of system delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes; if a deposit has not appeared after this time, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawals require a verified account (identity check completed). Once verified, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals process within 30 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers complete within 1–2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals process within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 300
• No fees charged by l83game on any withdrawal method
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit where possible
• l83game may request additional documentation for withdrawals above Rs 50,000 per transaction
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted and accepted into processing

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on l83game are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question, in addition to these general Terms. The minimum single bet stake is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation. l83game reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any player at any time, though this will not be done selectively to penalise profitable players.

Once a bet has been confirmed by the l83game system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmed bets shown in your bet history are binding. Bets placed in error — including on incorrect selections or at incorrect stakes — remain valid if the confirmation screen was presented and accepted.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an obviously incorrect price being offered — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 on a clear match favourite — l83game reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price. Bets placed at genuinely correct market prices will not be voided for commercial reasons.

• Cricket & PSL: Matches abandoned before a DLS result is achievable result in void bets and stake returns. DLS results are settled as official results.
• Football: Results are settled based on 90 minutes of play plus added time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless you specifically bet on a market that includes them.
• Aviator: All round results are determined by a provably fair RNG. Completed rounds are not refundable.
• Virtual Sports: All virtual event results are generated by a certified random number generator and are final once the event concludes.
• Accumulators: A void leg in an accumulator reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs. A single-leg accumulator that becomes void is fully refunded.

6Bonus & Promotions Policy

l83game offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, PSL season bonuses, weekly cashback, accumulator insurance and the Refer a Friend programme. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry dates — which are published on the relevant promotion page on l83game and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money balance. Where a player holds both real-money balance and bonus balance, real-money stakes are used first on bets unless the platform specifically indicates otherwise. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the total bonus amount credited, not the deposit amount.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• l83game reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds in excess of a stated maximum winnings cap will be forfeited at the point of withdrawal.
• Refer a Friend rewards are credited once the referred player makes their first qualifying deposit and places their first qualifying bet. Self-referrals are prohibited.

7Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

l83game is committed to maintaining a fair betting environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with balance forfeiture:

• Use of automated betting bots, scripts or any software that places bets without manual human input
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or technical glitches in the l83game platform
• Coordinated betting with other players to guarantee outcomes (matched betting in bad faith)
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity
• Threatening, abusing or harassing l83game staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on payment card deposits

l83game uses advanced monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns. Where suspicious activity is identified, l83game may withhold payment and conduct a full investigation before settling affected bets. Players will be notified of any investigation and given an opportunity to provide explanation.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the l83game platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, odds data, text, images and graphics — is the intellectual property of l83game or its licensed content providers. Nothing on this platform grants you any right to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any l83game content without prior written consent.

You may access and use the l83game platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. Any commercial use, data scraping, systematic downloading of odds data, or framing of l83game pages within third-party websites is expressly prohibited.

9Privacy & Data

l83game collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on l83game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

l83game will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where legally required (for example, with financial regulators or law enforcement agencies on receipt of a valid legal order) or with essential third-party service providers involved in delivering the l83game platform and payment processing services.

All player data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. l83game complies with internationally recognised data protection standards. You have the right to request access to the personal data l83game holds about you at any time by contacting support@l83game.biz.

10Responsible Gaming

l83game takes problem gambling seriously and has a genuine commitment to player wellbeing — not just as a regulatory obligation but because we believe a healthy betting environment is better for everyone long-term. The following tools are available to all l83game players and take effect immediately when activated:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your l83game account. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from betting for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During this period your account is suspended for betting purposes but you can still log in to withdraw your balance.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from l83game for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, please use these tools and consider reaching out to a professional support organisation. l83game will never use marketing communications to target a player who has requested a cool-off or self-exclusion.

11Limitation of Liability

l83game provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. l83game will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events outside our reasonable control.

l83game's liability to any player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on the part of l83game.

12Amendments & Governing Law

l83game reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email at the address on their account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of l83game after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor amendments — for example, corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any term — may be made without advance notice but will be reflected immediately in the updated version of this document, alongside the revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which l83game holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the l83game complaints procedure will be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or, failing that, to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

If you have a complaint about l83game that has not been resolved to your satisfaction through our standard support channels, you may escalate it formally by writing to support@l83game.biz with the subject line "Formal Complaint". l83game will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
